Strategic HR Partner & Onboarding Specialist

Importante grupo is looking for an HR professional in Santiago, Chile, to act as an HR partner for business leaders and provide support on day-to-day HR matters. The role involves working closely with regional teams and supporting HR operations, policy implementation, and employee documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and previous HR Generalist experience. Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese are mandatory.
