Strategic People & Culture Lead (12-Month FTC)

Deverell Smith Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior People Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. The role will provide strategic oversight across HR functions during a growth period, ensuring continuity in HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR leadership, particularly within the UK, and possess strong knowledge of employment law as well as excellent communication skills. The position is primarily based in Reading with occasional travel to London.
