Strategic Real Estate Portfolio Manager

Tri-Cap Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a strategic Portfolio & Asset Manager to oversee their client’s real estate investment portfolio primarily in Singapore. This position entails overseeing asset and portfolio management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget while maximizing Net Operating Income (NOI).

The ideal candidate should have 8-10+ years of relevant experience, a strong proficiency in financial modelling, and a deep understanding of the Singapore and APAC real estate markets.
