Strategic Service Design Lead

robusta is looking for an experienced Service Design Manager to join our Experience Design team in the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for leading and managing service design engagements, aligning customer needs with business objectives, and facilitating innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in service design and be proficient in design thinking methodologies. Strong skills in stakeholder management and tools like Miro and Figma are essential. A preference for Arabic proficiency is noted.
