Strategy and Operations Manager

Overview

We're looking for a collaborative and results-oriented Earner & Marketplace Operations Manager to help shape the future of Uber Eats in Chile, one of Uber's fastest-growing markets. In this role, you will design and execute high-impact initiatives that help keep our marketplace healthy and efficient by balancing supply and demand across both short-term and long-term horizons. You'll leverage data-driven insights, partner closely with local and regional stakeholders, and lead projects that influence marketplace performance, pricing strategy, user behavior, and operational excellence.
