Strategy and Transformation Consultant - Consumer Product and Retail Sector

YOUR ROLE

(Senior) Consultant in the Consumer Products & Retail team at Capgemini Invent Switzerland, you will be part of high‑impact strategy and transformation engagements, supporting leading organizations in navigating business, digital, and organizational change. You will contribute to the design and delivery of end‑to‑end transformation programs, from strategy definition to execution and adoption, with a growing focus on data‑driven, AI‑enabled, and GenAI‑powered solutions.

Working in multidisciplinary teams, you will collaborate closely with client stakeholders across CxO functions, to help shape customer‑centric strategies, innovative operating models and future‑ready ways of working, ensuring tangible and sustainable business outcomes.
