Strategy Director: Health Transformation & Equity

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for an interim Director of Strategy based at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of the Trust’s clinical strategy, focusing on outstanding care and healthy communities.

This role includes engaging with the Executive team, stakeholders, and fostering relationships to ensure that strategic plans align with health service needs. The postholder will also oversee the reconfiguration of community services and support estates redevelopment.
