Opportunity Description
- Identify key operational gaps / improvement opportunities for SPX Linehaul operations (eg. route design, on time transporting fulfillment, resources planning & management)
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and drive cross-functional alignment
- Collaborate with various teams, including Business Solution, Leg Operations and Expansion, to ensure seamless execution of operational excellence initiatives
- Develop dashboards, tools and comprehensive reports to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
- Drive innovation and efficiency through data-driven insights and project management methodologies
