Strategy Manager, Business Banking

We are looking for a Strategy Manager to play a central role in shaping and executing the future strategic agenda of Nordea Business Banking. You will drive development of strategic direction and support execution of high‑impact initiatives, working closely with the Business Banking leadership team.

Business Banking provides banking and advisory services to small and medium‑size corporate customers across the Nordics, including Transaction Banking (payments and international trade services) and Nordea Finance (asset‑based lending).
