Strategy Manager

This role reports into the Head of Strategy, as part of the Strategy, Marketing, and Partnerships team. Strategy at Ensign possesses a broad mandate: from organisational strategy, to corporate development, to strategic partnerships with the government and our shareholders. This is a rare opportunity for exposure across a variety of workstreams and to deliver impact for an organisation in its next stage of growth.

We are looking for an independent operator who thrives on the edge. You are unfazed in the face of new and ambiguous problems – you break them down and try different ways to achieve desired outcomes. You enjoy pivoting between the big picture and the operational details, and the satisfaction of building things from 0 to 1. Your day-to-day never looks quite the same, and you can scale up significantly as needed during critical periods.
