Join Beat 102 103 as a key part of our Events and Marketing team, representing some of the country’s most recognisable radio and digital audio brands. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same—you’ll be out in the field bringing our brands to life through live events, promotions, and engaging activations. 

As a Street Team Member, you’ll play an important role in delivering memorable audience experiences, supporting event execution from start to finish, and ensuring our partners and clients are represented to the highest standard. You’ll interact directly with the public, create engaging social content, and contribute valuable feedback to help shape future campaigns.
