Full Job Description The Studio Manager is the go-to leader for all employees and members. At its heart, the job is to ensure that the studio is running smoothly and that you are growing and optimizing the business by driving sales, membership numbers and revenue. We strive to provide a best in class customer experience at every touchpoint, fostering a positive atmosphere for members and staff while achieving business goals. Sales over the phone and in person is a must. However, we are not only looking at the initial sale - we value ongoing relationships with our members and community. Your responsibility includes both sales, engagement, satisfaction and retention. The ability to engage, listen, and qualify a member's needs and make the right recommendation in the right way is essential. You'll also need to think on your feet, problem solve, and resolve situations.
