Stroke Data Coordinator

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Stroke Program Manager, the Stroke Data Coordinator, an RN, manages University Hospital's Stroke Program data for patients who have experienced Hemorrhagic or Ischemic Stroke or Transient Ischemic Attack (or are suspected of having a stroke). This role requires leadership, problem-solving, and clear communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a complex healthcare environment. The coordinator fosters effective relationships with nursing and interdisciplinary colleagues and oversees the abstraction, entry, and interpretation of Get With the Guidelines data for the stroke program. They also coordinate and ensure compliance with stroke telemedicine program data and time targets in collaboration with the Stroke Program Outreach Coordinator.
