Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction on complex structural issues and validate design approaches and solutions.
• Intervene in critical design challenges and ensure timely resolution aligned with best practices
• Conduct periodic design reviews and audits to maintain consistency, quality, and compliance across projects.
• Responsible for department resource training & management.
