Structural Technical Coordinator

Job Requirements
. Bachelor's degree or above in Civil or Structural Engineering PEB(Professional Engineers Board) Singapore-recognised qualifications are highly preferred.
. Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in structural design for large-scale and complex building & construction projects in Singapore.
. Well-versed in Singapore's Building Control Act, CPF Board regulations and relevant industry codes (e.g., SS codes, BCA guidelines).
Job Description
. Coordinate, review and consolidate structural drawings to ensure cross-discipline alignment with architectural, MEP and other trade teams.
. Undertake detailed design and optimisation of complex structural connections and special architectural nodes, ensuring compliance with BCA's buildability and safety requirements.
. Oversee coordination of slab thickness, floor levels, and layout of raised/depressed slabs to facilitate building services integration.
