Job Summary: You will lead the development, negotiation and management of trade finance and structured financing facilities to support the company’s global commodity trading operations. The role is responsible for securing and optimizing credit lines, working capital solutions and funding structures that align with commodity trading cycles and business growth objectives. Key responsibilities include structuring and executing a wide range of trade and structured finance transactions, while monitoring facility utilization, compliance and financing efficiency. You will build and maintain senior relationships with banks, financial institutions and alternative funding providers across multiple regions. Acting as the company’s primary banking interface, you will lead financing negotiations, facility renewals and funding initiatives that enhance liquidity, capital efficiency and long-term growth.
