Support retail food ops by preparing high-quality baked goods in a safe, efficient, and consistent manner. This role contributes directly to customer satisfaction, product availability, and overall food service quality.


This is a student position that pays $16.75/hr


Core Responsibilities:

+ Prepare cookies, and other baked to support Retail Food operations

+ Assemble baked items daily for transport and delivery to retail and dining units, ensuring all products include accurate ingredient labeling

+ Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including equipment, ovens, counters, and floors, in compliance with food safety standards

+ Research, develop, and introduce new cookies/baked goods

+ Compile and distribute accurate ingredient lists for all products, ensuring compliance with allergen identification and communication requirements
