Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the organization of the orientation process for new students and their parents by guiding them through the dormitory and to their rooms, ensuring students are aware of facilities.
- Maintain dormitory facilities by assessing and recording the status of all rooms (study rooms, TV rooms, other facilities) and reporting repairs and damages to the dormitory team.
- Coordinate student room assignments, check‑in and departure, and perform regular room inspections.
- Administer the annual dormitory student activities by planning and promoting educational programs to encourage student participation.
- Keep students updated with the latest news by refreshing board announcements with up‑to‑date information on UKB regulations, activities, trips, etc., ensuring awareness of any changes.
