About the job Student Experience Officer
MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join a leading learning and training provider based in central Birmingham as a Student Experience Officer.
Please note that this role is offered as a 15 month fixed term maternity cover role starting in May 2023.
The hours of work are usually Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week), however some flexibility is required to occasionally cover tests held on the weekends.
The role:
- To provide a welcoming presence at the front desk, welcoming and meeting students
- Provide accurate information to students, resolve queries and respond to enquiries
- Ensure all administrative tasks within the remit of Student Experience are completed efficiently such as generating class lists & updating student databases for example
