Student Guidance Officer - Student Services [ITE College Central]

As a Student Guidance Officer (SGO) in the Student Services Department, you will maintain student discipline and provide support for administrative work.

• Campus Safety and Environment – Support to keep a safe, orderly, and conducive campus environment including conducting patrols
• Preventive Education and Programmes – Conduct disciplinary talks and programmes to promote responsible behaviour and informed decision‑making
• Student Case Management – Manage disciplinary and appeal cases, including investigations, documentation, and follow‑up actions in accordance with organisational policies
• Student Support – Provide support to students with behavioural issues through mentoring and targeted interventions
• Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on crime prevention efforts
