.Collaborate with other committees (e.g. YL/SDWB) to design character
development programs that instil self-discipline and alignwith school
values.
.Promote inclusive practices that ensure every student feels supported,
connected, and empowered within the school community
2. Operations Management
.Oversee daily operational routines including morning assembly and
school arrival
.Monitor student attendance and punctuality, with timely interventions
where necessary
.Coordinate response to disciplinary incidents
.Maintain systematic documentation of student management cases
.Organize key school events that promote positive student behavior
.Ensure appropriate consequences are meted out in a timely manner.
