Student Management Support Officer (Boon Keng)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support student management, engagement, and behaviour development programmes.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to identified students.
• Coordinate and monitor student support plans and follow-up actions.
• Facilitate student reflection, mediation, and conflict resolution sessions.
• Engage parents and provide support on student-related matters.
• Assist in organising parent engagement activities and school-home partnership programmes.
• Support Parent Support Group (PSG) initiatives and parent volunteer activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or related fields.
• Experience working with children, youths, or parents is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
