Student Managment Officer (Choa Chu Kang)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support management of late-coming students
• Run in-house suspension and detention programmes
• Assist with pull-out programmes for students
• Patrol canteen, basketball courts, field, and classrooms during recess and lunch
• Patrol and manage students during CCA sessions
• Conduct investigations when incidents occur
• Support students using a Restorative Practices approach
• Assist in programmes supporting the development of at-risk students

Requirements:

• Able to speak and read English
• Prior experience in enforcement agencies preferred
• Experience in case management and disciplinary support
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Candidates with enforcement agency experience will have an advantage
