We are seeking a full-time, permanent Student Success Navigator to support ākonga in successfully navigating their study journey and accessing the right support services both within EIT and externally. This role plays a key part in enhancing student engagement, wellbeing, and achievement, particularly for Te Ara o Takitimu / Youth Guarantee learners. You will work closely with academic staff, student support teams, and external agencies to ensure students are supported holistically throughout their learning experience.
The appointing salary for this role will be between $60,000 and $63,000, dependent on skills and experience.
The Student Success Navigator is based in our Student Support Services team (Te Pae Hono), Hawke’s Bay Campus, reporting to the Pouārahi Ākonga – Student Support Services Manager, and will be responsible for:
