Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and flexible support, information, advice, and guidance to learners.
• Work closely with students, staff, and external organisations to safeguard and support students’ well‑being.
• Develop and deliver holistic support plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Facilitate activities and programmes to engage learners within the college community.
• Deliver one‑to‑one interventions, risk assessments, and support plans.
• Provide workshops and tutorials for a diverse student body.
• Market and record service provision using IT systems effectively.
