This role requires comprehensive knowledge of ABA principles and a commitment to supporting neurodiverse learners. The ideal candidate will possess an active BCBA or BCaBA certification, experience in educational settings, and skills in data analysis. You will also train and coach paraprofessionals while developing effective behaviour intervention plans to foster student success.
