The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with public sector to look for a Student Well-being Executive who supports students’ social-emotional well‑being, discipline, and personal development by providing behavioural support, life skills programmes, and collaborative intervention with school staff and parents.
- Preferably a Diploma in Care and Programme (Student Services & Coaching) or a related qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in student management, youth engagement, counselling, mentoring, or behavioural intervention.
- Supporting students with social, emotional, behavioural, or attendance challenges.
- Monitoring and engaging students during school hours, recess, and after‑school activities to maintain discipline and positive behaviour.
- Conducting student mentoring, walkabouts, and patrols within and outside the school environment. <...
