Student Wellness & Care Navigator

Northern Valley Indian Health is seeking a Case Manager to support student wellness by providing assessments, crisis support, and consultation services. The role requires a Master's degree in social work or a related field, along with relevant certifications like LSW, LPC, LCSW or LCPC.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience working with diverse populations, and the ability to refer students to appropriate services. The position involves building relationships with faculty and community agencies and managing cases effectively.
