Student Wellness & Care Navigator

Northern Valley Indian Health in Chile is looking for a Case Manager to support the wellness needs of students by providing case management and connecting them to essential resources. The role includes offering telehealth and face-to-face care for students in need, advocating for their mental health support, and collaborating with community services.

Preferred candidates will have a master's degree in social work or related fields and should possess key interpersonal and crisis management skills in a community or educational setting. The position is full-time with hours Monday to Friday.
