Study Manager, Global Study Management - FPS

Job Purpose

SM is accountable for delivering delegated operational tasks to time, quality, budget, company standards and scientific requirements, supporting decision making and study teams to achieve deliverables with the Global Study Lead and Global Study Manager. SM acts as Scrum Master, implementing STOM ways of working, facilitating ceremonies, and ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders using collaborative tools like Jira.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in close partnership with GSL and GSM on end‑to‑end operational study delivery from setup to archival, overseeing SDS activities and ensuring completeness of systems, databases, tracing tools, and project plans (CSAP).
• Collaborate with internal and external members across functions in accordance with STOM framework, regulations, sponsor procedures, policies, and best practices, providing subject matter expertise across key processes and systems.
