Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mergers & Acquisitions Financial Analyst at a growing U. S.-based company. The Mergers & Acquisitions Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the team across multiple stages of the investment process, from origination to due diligence. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting market screening, supporting ongoing sourcing efforts, performing initial assessments and business and market analyses, and developing financial models. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will assist the Investment Team in the drafting of investment materials.
