Subcontract Manager

Morson is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading aerospace organisation to recruit a Subcontract Manager for an initial 12 month contract. Pay rate up to £465 per day umbrella. Hybrid working: 3 days on site in Templecombe, Somerset and 2 days from home.

Role Overview

The Subcontract Manager is responsible for ensuring successful execution of supplier contracts after signature, particularly high‑expense or high‑risk agreements, complex terms and conditions, and change‑management and risk‑mitigation requirements. They ensure supplier compliance with commercial, delivery, schedule, cost and performance requirements as defined in the contract and maintain close relationships with project functions and stakeholders.
