ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Subscription Management Specialist to own end-to-end subscription lifecycle operations from offer configuration and billing to renewals and cancellations within a large-scale SaaS environment. You will work across platforms like Zuora, Recurly, or Chargebee, partnering with Product, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure billing accuracy and revenue recognition compliance.
