Subscriptions and Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We’re looking for a practical, organised and people‑focused Marketing and Subscriptions Coordinator to join our team on a part‑time basis (20 hours per‑week).

This is a varied, hands‑on role that combines subscriptions support, outbound calling, content promotion and general marketing administration. You’ll play an important role in supporting corporate subscribers, retaining existing customers, and helping promote our content across digital and retail channels.

• Manage corporate subscriptions end to end, including account set‑up, changes, billing issues, payment follow‑ups, retention and win‑back calls.
• Proactively contact businesses to grow corporate subscriptions, convert enquiries, and identify potential advertising leads.
• Process and maintain subscriber and campaign leads, ensuring customer data is accurate and up to date.
