What's the role

The individual will be an aspiring, part-qualified or qualified company secretary with at least one year company secretarial experience. Experience within a fast paced global or a highly matrixed multinational company would be advantageous.

As a member of the Global Subsidiary Governance Operations team, you will be supporting the delivery of a high-quality service for Shell’s subsidiaries, covering entity management, corporate governance, compliance processes, board activities, shareholder services and working to understand the corporate reporting and governance standards of the Shell group.
