Substance Misuse Worker

Apricus Resourcing are working with an award winning supplier as they are on the lookout for a dedicated substance misuse worker to join the team and work on an ongoing contract basis within one of their teams in Wokingham.

Your role will be based at a service that understands the impacts that drugs/alcohol can have, they are compassionate and help with a range of areas not just drug & alcohol. As a Recovery Worker you will be working within a brand new service that has recently opened. The service have a firm belief harm reduction is not about enabling drug use, it is pragmatic, non-judgmental and empowering. They offer a number of services including naxolone, overdose prevention centres, opioid substitutes, group sessions, 1-2-1's & much more.
