Purpose

To manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of the shop by leading all operational aspects of the shop, driving sales whilst at the same time controlling costs and by being a skilled people manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure that excellent customer service is always provided by every member of your team
• Inspire, motivate, train and energise your team to increase sales
• Effectively manage stock control and maximise the shop’s sales, payroll, waste, and reconciliation performance
• Ensure the standards for foodsafety and health and safety are met consistently
• Ensure that the visual presentation of the shop is in accordance with Birds brand image
• Be compliant with Company policies and operational guidelines
