Overview:

Superintendent is the primary on-base point of contact for project employees, sub-contractors and clients. The Superintendent provides primary onsite management of projects, sub-contractors and employees, to include effective maintenance of customer relationships, client expectations and concerns. The Superintendent reports to the Program Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide calculations on hours involved, develop construction project schedule, evaluates the quantity of materials needed, along with truck, plant and human resources required. Works closely with the Project Manager to communicate changing requirements, scheduling, subcontractor issues, and any other issues that arise during construction.
