Superintendent Location:

• Columbia, SC Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Salary Range: $100,000–$120,000 annually Direct Hire Opportunity Position Summary Superior Skilled Trades is partnered with a company seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee grading, heavy civil construction, and site development projects throughout the Southeast.


• This leadership role is responsible for managing field operations, supervising multiple Foremen and crews, ensuring project safety and quality standards, and driving projects to successful completion on schedule and within scope.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy civil construction, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects, personnel, equipment, and client relationships simultaneously.
