This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and experience working in active or occupied school environments while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily on site construction operations for K-12 ground up and addition projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and school district representatives
- Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion
- Enforce jobsite safety, quality standards, and cleanliness
- Manage work in active or occupied campus environments when required
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents for field execution
