Opportunity Description
POSITION SUMMARY Urban One is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to join our team in beautiful Victoria, BC. In this role, you will provide leadership and oversight for the entire construction process on-site. You will work closely with the executive team, subtrades, internal staff, and consultants to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Superintendent, you will play a key role in driving momentum, adhering to schedules, and implementing Urban One’s Safety Program to exceed safety and environmental standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Champion health, safety, and environmental protection, ensuring compliance with Urban One’s Safety Program and surpassing industry standards.
Supervise, coach, train, and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Prepare and oversee weekly production schedules and project look aheads.
