Job Description Job Description Title: Superintendent, Public Jobs Type: Full Time, Exempt Location: 100% Field -Richmond, VA Reports to: Director, Utilities We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on civil construction projects across the DMV as far south as Richmond, VA .This role is responsible for driving execution in the field, managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification. The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader with strong sitework or heavy civil experience, a proven track record of managing complex projects, and the ability to enforce standards while maintaining productivity and safety.
