Essential Duties & Responsibilities

+ Develops and implements strategic plans to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the admissions process

+ Leads, motivates, and supervises the admissions team, providing training and development to enhance skills and performance

+ Analyzes trends in applicant data to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making

+ Collaborates with senior management and other departments to align admissions strategies with overall institutional goals

+ Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and institutional regulations regarding student admissions

+ Manages budget and resources, ensuring optimal use and reporting on financial statuses to higher management

+ Other duties as assigned
