Opportunity Description
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor / Foreman to join a leading civil contractor delivering major Subdivision & TMR infrastructure works across North Brisbane. This role will suit a hands-on supervisor with strong experience managing crews, subcontractors, and daily site operations across road, drainage, earthworks, and utilities packages.
You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard while coordinating directly with project management and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities across civil construction packages.
- Coordinate direct labour, plant operators, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Deliver works in accordance with TMR specifications, drawings, and project programs.
- Manage site safety, pre-starts, SWMS, permits, and compliance requirements.
