Supervisor - Credena Pharmacy

**Description**



This position provides supervision of the Outpatient (Retail) Pharmacy in the main lobby area of Swedish First Hill Medical Center. The pharmacy is operated by Credena Health, the retail/outpatient pharmacy division of Providence/Swedish. This position has daily operational control in the pharmacy. The Pharmacy Supervisor serves as the legal Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and is responsible for ensuring the pharmacy is in compliance with the Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations and other state and federal laws. Responsibilities include management of pharmacy operations, performance management including supervision of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy clerks, and other pharmacy staff. The Pharmacy Supervisor will work with local universities to precept students. The Pharmacy Supervisor will oversee workflow development, production efficiency, and operational execution.
