We are currently looking for a passionate Supervisor to join COYA Barcelona team. Experience you will need: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in high end hospitality venue. Experience with managing and leading a team. Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests. Ability to motivate and drive the team. Attention to detail with good customer service. Extensive wine knowledge. A team player, pro-active with a can-do attitude. Ability to work under pressure and long shifts.
