Supervisor, Fulfillment

**Overview**

The Supervisor, Operations will lead daily department operations with a strong floor presence to achieve production, quality, safety, and customer service goals. Effectively balances staffing and capacity, communicates priorities across teams, and resolves issues quickly. Fosters a safety-first, continuous improvement culture while developing and engaging associates to support efficient, customer-focused operations. The shift for this position is 1st Shift, 6:00am - 2:30pm.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintains a strong, consistent on-the-floor presence, actively observing processes, workflow, and associate performance across all areas of responsibility.
+ Balances operational, capacity and staffing issues to achieve efficiency and staffing targets.
