Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure all gaming marketing activities comply with UAE gaming laws, GCGRA regulations, licensing conditions, and internal controls.
- Enforce Responsible Gaming principles across all marketing and player engagement activities.
- Ensure promotions, incentives, and player benefits operate strictly within approved regulatory frameworks.
- Support compliance audits, investigations, and regulator inquiries related to marketing services.
- Escalate regulatory risks, player behaviour concerns, or control breaches immediately.
- Supervise day‑to‑day gaming marketing services and host support activities.
- Ensure player interactions by the gaming telemarketing team follow approved scripts, eligibility rules, and access controls.
