Work Shift: DAY

• Supervise production of products to meet work order delivery requirements by:
  • Assigning work orders to work teams to assemble products according to product specifications;
  • Overseeing or preparing necessary paperwork and reports necessary for the completion of work orders;
  • Overseeing the general maintenance of the clean room to ensure a healthy work environment for employees and to maintain neatness and order;
  • Coordinating with Quality Assurance Technicians and/or Engineers to ensure that quality standards are maintained in production.
• Supervise production workers and lead by:
  • Reviewing work performed and providing feedback regarding performance;
  • Coordinating work assignments, transfers, promotions and discharges in compliance with company policies;
