Coordinates Production Supervisors and Production Team Leaders and directs labor.
Ensures that the team follows safety and quality procedures and rules.
Ensures production follows the production schedule.
Provides support to the team to meet goals.
Develops and generates reports according to plant KPIs (Efficiency, Quality, 5's and Safety mainly).
Ensures that the team follows ethics and integrity policy and internal rules.
Ensures that all team members are trained to develop the assigned tasks according to established procedures.
Follows up production plan and execution.
Follows up and maintains labor efficiency and implements corrective actions when out of goal.
Maintains and improves the CPI system.
Ensures support areas are aligned with production plans and needs.
